Event Check-In
Welcome families at the entrance, verify registrations, and hand out wristbands.
Activity Station Helper
Assist with games, crafts, and activities to keep kids engaged and having fun.
Trick-or-Treat Guide
Help direct families through the vendor booths and trick-or-treat stations.
Setup & Breakdown Crew
Help set up the venue before the event and break down after. Arrives at 11:00 AM.
General Support
Float between stations as needed — perfect if you're flexible and love to help wherever needed.
