Our Story
Year 3 — 2026Spooktacular Extravaganza is the Doula Lab's annual free Halloween family celebration — now in its third year. What started as a community idea has grown into one of Belleville's most anticipated fall events, bringing together hundreds of families, local vendors, health resources, and community organizations every October.
Every year the event is completely free to attend. Our mission is simple: create a safe, joyful, inclusive space where families can celebrate Halloween together — no matter their background or budget. We believe every child deserves a magical Halloween experience.
From trunk-or-treat lanes and costume contests to health screenings, raffle prizes, and free baby essentials — Spooktacular Extravaganza is built by the community, for the community.
Three Years of Community
The First Spooktacular
Doula Lab launched the inaugural event, bringing together families, vendors, and community partners for the first time.
300+ Families, Rain & All
It rained. It thundered. But over 300 attendees and 23 vendors showed up anyway — proving just how strong this community is.
Bigger & Better
New activities, more vendors, a diaper drive, and expanded health resources. The best Spooktacular yet.
